It’s time to sign your kid(s) up for the first meet of the year!!! Please indicate in swimtopia whether your child will attend or not. It is EXTEMELY IMPORTANT that you declare by 5pm on Wednesday afternoon so that the coaches can put kids into races. We had a lot of issues with parents not declaring before 5pm on Wednesday and then asking to have their kids added later. This is A LOT of work and we are considering adding a fee for those that request after the 5pm closing time. I will send reminders.

To sign up for a meet (or let us know that you are not coming):

Sign in to Swimtopia

Scroll over to the right hand side and look for the Next Meet Box

Click on the Meet Sign Up Green Box

Edit

Click the drop down to say whether you are attending the meet or not

If you are attending, you can pick one race that you would like your kid to swim (the coaches will assign the rest of the races)

Make any notes for the coaches in the notes section

Hit Save
