Our coaches and parent board will be hosting a Mock Swim Meet during evening practices on Wednesday, June 10th. Please come to the normal practice time for your age group and check in at the bullpen table just like it is a real meet. This is an amazing opportunity for new swimmers and parents to get familiar with how things will go during a meet and a great opportunity for returning swimmers to refresh their racing skills and see the new home meet pool layout as we are switching where a few of the meet areas will be this year! Attendance is highly encouraged!

MANDATORY Parent/Caregiver Meeting at the start of the season. You are required to attend ONE of the two meeting options, which occur at the pool during swim practice.

Let's show our community spirit and celebrate the exciting America 250 milestone this summer! 

MKW has been invited to march in Cottleville's America 250 Celebration Patriotic March from St Joseph Cottleville North Parking Lot to Legacy Park. The March will begin at 4:45pm so please check in with coaches in the St Joseph Cottleville Church North Parking Lot at 4:15pm so we can get everyone together and ready. Please wear your blue 2026 MKW team t-shirt (so we can show off our amazing sponsor logos) and closed toe shoes good for walking the half-mile route. Family members wear your MKW wear also or patriotic or historical costumes. Bring water to drink and what you need to stay cool. 

The Patriotic March will end around 5:30pm at Legacy Park. From 5:30pm-7:00pm there will then be a Happy Birthday America Celebration with a flag presentation, food trucks, bounce houses, bubble trucks, magician, juggler, Uncle Sam, historical stories and a drum corps. Please check your swimmers out from being coach supervised at Legacy Park at the conclusion of the March at 5:30pm and stay with your family and enjoy the celebration until 7:00pm! What a fun way to celebrate America and be a part of our community together! 

Swimmers attending will get credit for a practice for the week. No practice will be held at the pool this evening.
