It’s time to sign your kid(s) up for the first meet of the year! Please indicate in Swimtopia whether your child will attend or not. Please indicate this by Wednesday night by midnight so we can finish creating the meet on Thursday. If you do not declare by this time we may not be able put your child in events. 

Here are the instructions to sign up for a meet (or let us know that you are not coming): 

Sign in to Swimtopia 

Scroll over to the right hand side and look for the Next Meet Box 

Click on the Meet Entry Green Box 

Edit 

Click the drop down to say whether you are attending the meet or not If you are attending, you can pick ONE race that you would like your kid to swim (the coaches will assign the rest of the races) 

Make any notes for the coaches in the notes section 

Hit Save and that's it!

Please be aware that you can access all of the meets for the entire season if you would like to get ahead and that entry will close on Tuesday nights for the rest of the meets after this week. 

We are also excited to announce we will be giving out team t-shirts this week so make sure to pick those up at practice.
