9am – 10am Mon-Fri
6pm – 6:45pm Mon-Thurs
Ages 10 & Older
7:45am – 9am Mon-Fri
6:45pm – 8pm Mon-Thurs
*On meet weeks, there are no Monday practices or Tuesday morning practices.
